Bladder Health UK offers advice for patients suffering with bladder illness

Interstitial Cystitis Network offers a support network for patients with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS)

Pain UK offers support for patients living with pain

International Urogynecological Association (IUGA). Leaflets are available in eight languages

The Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) is a non-profit charitable organisation dedicated to improving lives of people with interstitial cystitis

Patients with bladder pain syndrome (BPS) have suggested that a mobile app called the Interstitial Cystitis Network (ICN) Food List is useful. It provides a full overview of how certain foods may affect your BPS
